Tried dozens of ramen spots in NYC and this might be my new favorite. Beautiful interior with a unique elevated table arrangement in a honeycomb pattern against the wall. Excellent service and the food was all on point. Ramen broth was rich and flavorful, pork katsu was crispy and juicy. Appetizers and drinks were also really good especially the takoyaki and cucumber lemonade.

Had the loveliest dinner today! The staff were all extremely welcoming, professional and friendly, and ensured each part of our experience was as good as it could be! The food was very well priced considering that this is NYC. All of our dishes came out quickly and everything was great quality with lots of flavour! Thank you very much once again to all of the lovely staff and chefs!☺️

The staff here are really friendly, accommodating, and give off such welcoming vibes. When I arrived around 6 PM on a Saturday, there was already a seat ready. When my Omurice was served, the staff even asked if I wanted to take a video—such a thoughtful touch! Everything tasted really good and definitely satisfied my cravings. I sat at the bar where I could see them preparing the food and the kitchen in the back, but surprisingly, I didn’t leave smelling like food—it didn’t stick to my hair or clothes at all, which made the experience even better.

Great casual spot to have ramen. If you want to try many different kinds of ramen, this is a perfect choice since they offer various styles from different regions of Japan. One thing to note is that they only serve one type of noodle, so that part isn't strictly authentic to the specific regional styles. That said, the negima yakitori was surprisingly good. The staff were all super friendly, which definitely made the overall experience much better!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was concerning. I was served chicken that was clearly undercooked — the inside was still pink and glossy, which is a basic food safety issue, not just a matter of taste. When I brought it to their attention, instead of taking full responsibility, the restaurant only offered a $4 discount. I found that response disappointing given the seriousness of serving undercooked poultry. Food safety should be non-negotiable, and how a restaurant handles situations like this matters just as much as the mistake itself. Unfortunately, this experience did not inspire confidence, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable returning.
